Q. What honeymoon specials
do you offer?
A. Honeymoon specials vary
depending on the hotel you choose and may include
complimentary champagne upon arrival, box of chocolates,
flower bouquets, fruit basket or room upgrade, which
usually depends on availablilty. Ask your Travel Consultant
for details.
Q. How do I make reservations?
A. After choosing the required
service/s, fill in the online booking form. One of
our Travel Consultants will get back to you confirming
the services that you have booked or requested. As
soon as you reconfirim we will send you your travel
invoice including all your itinerary along with the
payment details. Choose one of the payment options
in order to pay your deposit to secure your booking.
This can be done both electronically and by phone.
Q. What are my payment
options?
A. You can pay by credit card
(Visa, Master Card or American Express) in which case
there will be a 3% surcharge towards bank charges,
by bank transfer directly to our bank account in which
case all bank charges are to be incurred by your good
selves or else by simply posting a cheque payable
to sundreamstravel.com over to us.
Q. What is the cancellation
policy?
A. In case of flights if cancellation
occurs before ticket issue there will be a Lm10.00
cancellation fee per ticket.
In case of flights if cancellation
occurs after the ticket is issued the cancellation
fee shall be the full amount paid.
For all other services, if
cancellation occurs before 30 days of arrival date,
there will be a curtailment charge of 15% of the total
due.
For all other services, if
cancellation occurs before 14 days of arrival date,
the cancellation fee shall be the 40% deposit paid.
For all other services, if
cancellation occurs within the last 14 days prior
to arrival date, the cancellation fee shall be the
full amount paid.
