Over the years we have managed to build a reputation at 115 The Strand Aparthotel not only for quality and the level comfort of rooms and apartments, but also for outstanding personal guest service.
The hotel has recently undergone extensive renovation program, the hotel now has 35 rooms and 45 apartments. Most of the rooms enjoy panoramic views of Valletta bastions and Marsamxetto Harbour. A number of the rooms and apartments can accomodate 3 to 4 persons and are particularly suited for families. On the eight-floor terrace one can relax in a Jacuzzi Swimspa and surrounding roof garden. Also on the eight floor Giulio's restaurant offers patrons a varied cuisine of local and foreign dishes. Special evenings with an oriental, Maltese or European theme are organized at Giulio's from time to time. B.B.Q. nights with local entertainment are held in summer on the open air terrace.
The Foyer and Reception area are sumptuously decorated in elegant classic style. A colourful mural by the locally renowned artist Anton Calleja of 'Dancing Ballerinas' provides a backdrop of relaxing ambience for guests and patrons. The environment in this area is condusive to relaxation in comfort while interacting with friends and other guests.
Indeed this area has been designed in such a way that catering functions of certain size can be easily held. A number of standing receptions such as product launches, christening, birthday parties and similar have been successfuly organised in the past. On special occasions entertainment is provided by local musicians.
115 The Strand Aparthotel had 87 rooms on seven floors, of which 26 are sea view, 5 with side sea view and 52 are with inland view.
The aparthotel consists of a number of self-catering aparments and hotel rooms. All rooms and apartments are spacious, well lit and nicely decorated complemented with exceptional quality of service, in cleanliness and hospitality.
All rooms / apartments are serviced daily by housekeeping staff under the supervision of our head housekeeper. All 1 bedroomed apartments with sea view have a comfortable sofa which is convertable to a single bed.
The apartment is spacious enough to comfortably accomodate families of three to four persons
During the Christmas, New Years and Easter, compulsory festive season supplements apply on half board and full board rates.
